The music for the evening was expertly provided by the Cool Sounds band who played all types of ballroom and modern music - including some popular songs such as "True Love", "Welcome to Cape Town", and "Ndihamba Nawe". People who attended the event could not resist stepping onto the dance floor.

From the display, 13 year old Stacy Cupido writes down why she loves Ballroom Dancing: The reason why I love dancing is because it keeps me away from things that are bad and dangerous.
I enjoy doing ballroom because it's fun and you get to know more people, its exciting, you go places you've never been before, and you go to dance competitions and go to higher levels which is very exciting and cool.
